Rayder Media is a multimedia production company that specializes in producing sports and entertainment content across all audio visual platforms. It was founded in 2017 by renowned sports journalist Derek Alberts and local television producer Raymond Herbst. Local broadcaster, podcast host and chartered accountant Tyron Barnard officially joined the Rayder team in 2020.

Teams we have seen the world with include the Momentum Multiply Titans, the South African Women’s cricket side and the Toyota Gazoo Dakar Rally crew.

The digital age is well and truly upon as, and no event should take place unnoticed. Rayder Media is able to film, stream and host your event, broadcasting it to the world through various online platforms. Our clients include SA Hockey and Swimming South Africa.
PODCASTS
Rayder Media is able to conceptualise, script, produce, host and broadcast podcasts related to any subject, anywhere. Rayder Media is already home to a number of high-quality podcasts, including Hockey the Podcast, Diski Discussions, Rayder Golf and Inside the Game, and we’d like to add yours to the growing list.
CORPORATE QUIZZES
The advent of lockdown prompted the team to explore different avenues to entertain the public, and so the extremely popular Rayder Media Corporate Quiz was born. The online quizzes have proven to be a massive hit and are perfect for team building and client functions. Those that have experienced the fun include Vodacom, Supersport, Media24 and Estée Lauder.
